Mindful Movement Class offerings:
Hit Refresh: better than a cup of coffee
30 minutes
Take a quick break, starting with 15 minutes of easy stretches to release built up neck and shoulder tension. Then stick around for ten minutes of breathing exercises, relieving symptoms of stress and doing one of the simplest activities to improve your whole health. Lastly with circulation to your brain through breath and movement, sit in the stillness and reap the benefits of pause for five minutes of easy guided meditation and restart your day with clear mind.
Yoga
45 or 60 minutes
Beginning with mindful breath work to ground in the body and clear the mind. A simple flow of postures tailored to the needs of the moment for those present and modified for any injuries or ailments, finishing with a ten minute meditation and relaxation with hands on adjustments and reiki to facilitate deeper relaxation. People can choose whether or not they’d like adjustments.
TRU Footing Mindful Movement
45 or 60 minutes
Powerfully choosing the ground you stand on. Strengthen your body from the ground up and from the inside out. With patience and compassion, empower every dimension of your mind and body, journeying through breath work, barefoot fitness, yoga, HIIT, rhythm and meditation. Sweat, shake, breathe, and feel the energy to play and be present at the end of your day.
10-10-10 Move Freely
30minutes
Ten minutes Flexible strength and mindful movement. Ten minutes High Intensity Interval Training. Ten minutes Stretching and breath work.
Inspiration/Expiration
30 minutes
Do you ever feel heaviness or tension in your throat, chest or gut? Unwind and clear heavy energy and stress held in the body using sound vibration, breath and meditation.
Meditation
20 minutes
If it has felt daunting to carve out the time to settle into a meditation practice, this guided series goes through a variety of easy meditations that offer options to the participants to glean all the benefits this practice offers. Participants report feeling an increased sense of calm and groundedness, and also experience greater clarity and decreased stress in their day.
Movement and effort can reveal past trauma or invite personal revelation. We do best when we take these opportunities as they come. I apply Reiki and intuitive touch that creates space for a healing pause, clearing experiences that block your progression forward.

What I do is help them discover their power to create a life they love.
The result is that they are able to feel joy again for themselves in all areas of their lives.
The energy that gets drained is bigger than what we think of as energy. We have a physical body and we have an energy body. Science calls it an electromagnetic field, new agers call it an aura, ancient Egyptians called it a ka body. Part of the training that I have is being able to locate where people are leaking energy in that body and where heavy energy is being stored, that then allows them to naturally feel rejuvenated and alive again. The chakra system connects the physical body to the energy system. I clear the energy centers. Chakra sanskrit word for wheel, because they spin. I can clear things blocking the wheels and helps them feel freer.

Along with foot strengthening, expect core, balance, and flexibility improvements to overcome deficiencies that are holding you back.
